Return & Refund Policy

At Evershine Fireplace, all sales are considered final. Because our products are large, custom-packaged, and installation-related, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item is defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect from what was ordered.

 

1. Non-Returnable Products

We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, size/fit preference, or customer error during ordering. Please review all product specifications carefully before placing your order.

 

2. Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Reporting: If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing sales@evershinefireplace.com with your order number, photos, and description of the issue.

  • Resolution: After review, we will arrange one of the following at no extra cost to you:

    • Replacement of the damaged/incorrect item

    • Repair (where applicable)

    • Full refund if a replacement is not available

 

3. Shipping & Returns

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery details at checkout.

  • If a return is approved (due to damage/incorrect product), we will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and shipping instructions. Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • In approved cases, Evershine Fireplace will cover return shipping costs.

 

4. Consumer Rights

This policy does not limit your rights under British Columbia consumer protection laws. Customers are entitled to remedies for defective or misrepresented products as required by law.

 

5. Policy Updates

Evershine Fireplace reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately.
