Shipping Policy

At Evershine Fireplace, we strive to make delivery as simple and transparent as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.

 

1. Free Shipping Across Canada

  • Most fireplaces qualify for free shipping within Canada when the before-tax value is $500 or greater.

  • Exceptions apply for oversized, fragile, or discounted items, which may carry a surcharge regardless of order value.

 

2. Orders Under $500

  • Orders under $500 before tax will incur a shipping surcharge, calculated based on size and destination.

  • The charge will be displayed in your cart prior to checkout.

 

3. Accessories

  • Accessories purchased on their own will always incur a shipping charge.

  • When accessories are purchased alongside a qualifying fireplace, most will ship free with the fireplace.

 

4. Local Pickup

  • Customers local to our Surrey, BC showroom may choose “Local Pick Up” at checkout to avoid shipping charges.

 

5. Trade Accounts

  • Trade accounts will pay shipping charges as calculated in the cart.

  • Shipping charges will not exceed the trade discount.

 

6. Delivery Information

  • Signature required: All shipments require a signature upon delivery.

  • No appointment scheduling: Couriers do not schedule appointments, but tracking details will be provided.

  • Curbside delivery: Deliveries are made to the exterior of your home (driveway/curb) or the lobby of a condo. Most carriers do not provide inside delivery.

 

7. Remote & Restricted Areas

  • Some remote areas may not be serviced by standard couriers. In such cases, additional charges may apply, or the order may need to be canceled.

  • Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut are excluded from our Free Shipping program and will be subject to regular surcharges.

  • Customers in remote regions are encouraged to contact us for delivery options before ordering.

 

8. Liability for Delivery

  • Once an order is delivered to the address provided and signed for, Evershine Fireplace is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage that occurs after delivery.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring correct shipping details are entered at checkout.
